Ethics Policy

Author's Responsibility

Authors submitting to the Journal must ensure that their manuscripts are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. The work should be free from plagiarism and must properly acknowledge all sources, including case laws, statutes, books, articles, and online materials, in accordance with the Journal’s citation style.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content, including facts, legal provisions, and references cited. In the case of co-authorship, all contributors must have made a significant intellectual contribution and must approve the final submission.

Authors must disclose any conflict of interest and obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted material used in their work. Any ethical misconduct, including plagiarism or data misrepresentation, may lead to rejection or retraction of the manuscript by the Journal.

Editor's Responsibility

The Editorial Board is responsible for maintaining the academic quality and integrity of the Journal. It ensures a fair, unbiased, and confidential peer-review process for all submitted manuscripts. Editors evaluate submissions based on originality, relevance, and scholarly merit, and may accept, reject, or request revisions based on reviewer feedback. They also take appropriate action in cases of plagiarism or ethical misconduct. The Board is committed to upholding high academic and ethical standards and ensuring that the Journal reflects quality legal scholarship.

Reviewer's Responsibility

Reviewers are responsible for providing an objective, fair, and timely evaluation of submitted manuscripts. They must assess the originality, relevance, and academic quality of the work and provide constructive feedback to help improve the manuscript. Reviewers should maintain strict confidentiality and must not use or disclose any part of the manuscript under review. They must also disclose any conflict of interest and decline review where impartiality cannot be ensured.

Authors are responsible for ensuring proper citation and acknowledgment of all sources used. The Journal may use plagiarism detection software to verify originality and reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of unethical academic practices, including rejection or retraction of the manuscript.

Article Renunciation

The Journal reserves the right to withdraw or retract any published article if it is found to contain plagiarism, serious factual errors, ethical violations, or copyright infringement. Retraction may also be made at the request of the author with the approval of the Editorial Board. In all cases of renunciation or retraction, a clear notice shall be published stating the reasons, while maintaining the integrity of the academic record.
